Having supported founders, senior leaders and principals for over two decades, I have helped turn big ideas into well-run, thoughtfully structured businesses.

I enjoy systems and strategy, but what matters most to me is how a business feels to run - steady, supported, and not all sitting in one person’s head.

I’m at my best when a founder starts to feel that quiet sense of relief that comes when things no longer feel so heavy.

What I do

I work as a trusted strategic partner, bringing clarity, structure and calm to the operational side of a business.

That might mean supporting a period of growth, coordinating a launch or campaign, bringing structure to projects, or simply helping keep multiple moving parts aligned behind the scenes.

Alongside this, I’ve led complex projects and high-trust events, including international programmes, UHNW gatherings and high-profile launches - always delivered with care, discretion and calm focus.

Today, through my own practice, I offer flexible senior support - from ongoing partnerships to focused project work and clarity sessions - all designed to give founders the headspace and confidence to grow sustainably.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the Cotswolds with my son and our dog, Darcy.
